Shipping Policy

Perishable meats and seafood are shipped via FedEx Standard Overnight with delivery by 3pm the next day after your order ships. Remember a signature is required for delivery of perishable items! Charcuterie items and cheeses are shipped via FedEx Express Saver with delivery 2-3 days by end of day after your order ships. Non-perishable items are shipped via FedEx Ground and will arrive in 4-5 business days after your order is shipped. For all services, you get to take advantage of our significantly discounted shipping rates! All orders may be tracked at www.fedex.com/en-us/tracking. If you have any questions about or issues with the shipping of your order please contact orders@wildergourmet.com.

 

Return Policy

At Wilder Gourmet, your satisfaction is our #1 priority! We do absolutely everything to make sure all your items arrive in top quality condition. In the unfortunate event that there is a problem, please send an email to customerservice@wildergourmet.com with the following items listed below so we can review your claim to either replace the item or issue a refund.

  • If the package itself is damaged so that it has affected the quality of your items, please send us photos so we can address this with the carrier. Please include your order #.
  • If there is an issue with perishable or fresh product you have received and you identified this problem within 2 hours of receiving the product (as was detailed in your order confirmation), please provide photos of the unsatisfactory product, a photo of the packaging/label clearly identifying the manufacturer and lot #, and a written description of the problem with the product. Please include your order #.
  • If there is an issue with frozen or non-perishable product you have received, please provide photos of the unsatisfactory product as soon as it has either been thawed or opened for use, a photo of the packaging/label clearly identifying the manufacturer and lot #, and a written description of the problem with the product within 30 days of receipt. Please include your order #.
  • If it is determined you deserve a full refund, this will include both the cost of the product and the original shipping charges.
  • If there is a need to send a product back to Wilder Gourmet, we will cover the return shipping costs.
